La función principal del Auxiliar de Servicio al Cliente es interactuar y proporcinar a los clientes información y soporte con relación a los productos y/o servicios de la Empresa; impactando positivamente la experiencia de relacionamiento con los clientes;dando tramite a PQRs yasegurando el cumplimiento de requisitos del cliente de manera clara y oportuna. **Responsabilidades clave:** * Recepción, registro y gestión de los pedidos de venta de nuestros clientes en los sitemas de información. * Seguimiento y trazabilidad los requerimientos de los clientes con base en acuerdos comerciales y plan de servicio al cliente. * Recepción, análisis y solución de quejas y reclamaciones oportunamente, aplicando la normatividad de ley vigente para la atención de los mismos. * Recepcionar, analizar y trasladar las necesidades y sugerencias de los clientes a las diferentes unidades de negocio de la empresa. * Seguimiento a las consultas expuestas por los clientes. * Seguimiento a indicadores de pedidos y servicio **Requisitos:** * Experiencia 2 años en cargos similares de servicio al cliente. (incluida practica) * Educación**Tecnologo** en Administración, Atención a Clientes, Logistica o afín. Manejo de Excel, bases de datos, función buscar, reportes. (deseable manejo de PowerBi) * Deseable manejo de Oracle, CRM (deseable oracle) * Excelente comunicacion acertiva, empatía y resolución de conflictos. * Buena redacción ortográfica. * Pasión por servicio al cliente.
