**Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain scalable front\-end and back\-end components. * Develop and consume robust APIs. * Integrate with HubSpot CRM, including potential custom development. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers. * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code. * Conduct code reviews and maintain best development practices. * Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full tech stack. * Stay current with emerging development trends and tools. **Required Skills \& Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years full stack development experience. * Strong experience with Laravel (non\-negotiable). * Solid proficiency in JavaScript; React.js. * Proven experience with creating and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL). * Prior HubSpot CRM and API integration experience. * Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and front\-end fundamentals. * Solid knowledge of MySQL or similar relational databases. * Experience with Git and collaborative workflows. **Good\-to\-Have:** * Exposure to Node.js (advantageous but not required). * Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms. * Knowledge of other database engines like MongoDB or MSSQL. * Experience with HubSpot workflows and theme development. * Testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PHPUnit). **Tech Stack Priorities:** * Frontend: JavaScript skills; React.js is a plus. * Backend: Laravel and PHP; NextJS or Node.js are bonuses. * Database: MySQL is required; MongoDB/MSSQL are optional. * Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP knowledge is a nice\-to\-have.
