At Netwitness we are seeking a skilled and versatile C\# / Go Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role focuses on building and optimizing backend systems with a strong emphasis on high availability, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C\# or Go development, proficiency in OpenSearch, and a deep understanding of SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, particularly in high\-availability and scalability contexts. **Key Responsibilities** * Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using C\# (.NET) or Java or Go * Search Infrastructure: Integrate and optimize OpenSearch for efficient and scalable search functionalities. * Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize application and database performance to ensure low latency and high throughput. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross\-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable systems. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field / experience. * 5\+ years of professional experience in C\# or Java or Go development. * Strong experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL * Hands\-on experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch. * Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization techniques for both applications and databases. * Experience with containerization (Docker or Podman) * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with database sharding and partitioning strategies. * Knowledge of NoSQL databases and search engines. * Experience with Agile development methodologies.
