(Situation, Actions, Results?) * Has submitted at least one proposal for improvement for the overall area or project * He gives talks and technical workshops to different teams within the area * Has participated in time estimates in a project * Share with other technical leaders improvement tactics that have worked on your team * Reading: Clean Architecture * Work experience of 5 years or more * Get to know different architectural styles * Prepare Technical Documentation * Can identify deadlocks and livelocks * Knowledge in design patterns (creational, structural, behavioral, concurrency) * English level B2\.
