




We are looking for a **Crisis and Change Manager Supervisor** to lead our major incident response and organizational change processes within our technology environment. This role is **100% on\-site** and based in **Medellín, Colombia**. Responsibilities * Oversee end\-to\-end major incident and crisis response. * Lead and mentor the Crisis Manager and escalation teams. * Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and change enablement process. * Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and healthcare regulatory frameworks. * Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity teams. * Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Lead crisis simulations and post\-incident reviews. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * 4\+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or ITSM roles. * 2\+ years in leadership or project management positions. * Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments (preferred). * Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL). * Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell. * Advanced analytical and communication skills.
