





Our sales assistant will be responsible for ensuring effective and timely customer service, managing the complete sales and dispatch cycle from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring proper coordination between production, marketing, and accounting departments to meet quality standards and timelines. 1\. Respond to inquiries and requests from leads and customers through company channels (phone, email, chats, social media). 2\. Efficiently and accurately create sales orders and customer restoration orders in the CRM system. 3\. Collect, organize, and keep customer data, receipts, and documents updated within company formats and the CRM. 4\. Monitor order status. 5\. Gather and manage information required to measure marketing and sales indicators. 6\. Conduct post-sale follow-up. 7\. Prepare quotations. 8\. Coordinate and carry out packaging of finished products and restorations, managing their correct dispatch. 9\. Maintain updated customer databases and sales workflows. Required Profile: * Minimum academic level: technical degree in marketing, sales, customer service, administration, or related fields. * Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service, marketing, and/or sales activities. * Intermediate-level office software knowledge, especially Excel; familiarity with area-specific indicators and process management. Ability to perform mathematical operations with ease, including basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages). * High proficiency in software related to the primary job functions. * Skills in planning, adaptability, negotiation, communication, analysis, decision-making, customer service, attention to detail. * Proactive, methodical, organized, disciplined, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
