Investigates incidents and accidents to implement corrective actions. **Job Description** ---------------------- An allied company is seeking an OSH professional or engineer with four (4) years of experience in occupational safety and health, as an OSH Coordinator and/or related roles within the construction sector. Mission: Job Mission: To plan, organize, direct, develop, and implement the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with current legal requirements, ensuring prevention of occupational hazards and protection of workers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and evaluate the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations. * Develop, update, and monitor risk matrices, legal requirements, action plans, and OSH Management System indicators. * Coordinate training programs, epidemiological surveillance, and prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. * Lead investigations of incidents, occupational accidents, and occupational diseases, ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate internal audits and manage external audits, as well as visits by the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Provider (ARL) and regulatory authorities. Knowledge: * 50-hour course on the OSH Management System and/or 20-hour refresher course (virtual). * Safe work at heights and Risk Assessment and Control (TAR). * Internal audits of integrated management systems. * Contractor management.
