Get ready and join this adventure! **Job Objective:** Ensure and optimize supply processes, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, efficiency in purchasing management, proper use of resources, and quality in supplier relationships. In this way, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the company and the achievement of organizational goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define and ensure compliance with purchasing policies aligned with organizational guidelines. * Design, lead, and execute purchasing strategies, optimizing costs and ensuring timely supply. * Supervise the contracting and updating of **insurance** policies with Corporate Clients and Suppliers according to requirements. * Prepare and present internal and external management reports with relevant indicators. * Lead the purchasing team, promoting talent development and goal achievement. * Ensure regulatory compliance in purchasing processes, in accordance with ISO 27001\. Job Profile – Suggested Requirements: **Education:** * Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Desired specialization in **Supply Chain Management** or comprehensive insurance management. **Experience:** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in purchasing areas, including at least **2 years** leading teams and strategic processes in the area. **Additional Knowledge:** * Knowledge of **ISO 27001\.** * Advanced proficiency in **SAP**. * Knowledge of legal regulations in purchasing and insurance processes. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making * Planning and organization * Negotiation skills * Strategic thinking * Assertive communication Conditions * **Fixed-term contract for one year, with option to renew for an additional year.** * You must be located in **Medellín\- Bogotá** * Work mode: **Hybrid** * Looking for professional growth?
