Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling within waste management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials. 2. Operate compaction machinery and ensure protection of waste brand markings. 3. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its workforce. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: Primary education Experience: 3 months of experience in demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Responsibilities: Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure protection of waste brand markings. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Employment Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation routes; having personal transportation is mandatory.
