Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Developer in the renewable energy sector to lead the full commercial lifecycle of photovoltaic solar projects, from opportunity identification to closing and supervision. Manage solar projects comprehensively, from design through commissioning. A renewable energy company is seeking a Business Developer focused on photovoltaic solar systems, responsible for coordinating commercial visits, preparing technical-economic proposals, and leading negotiations through deal closure. Responsibilities Identify and develop business opportunities in the solar energy sector. Coordinate commercial and technical visits with potential clients. Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for solar systems (grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid). Design grid-connected and off-grid photovoltaic systems. Perform solar system sizing (generation, load, storage, and loss calculations). Prepare single-line diagrams and technical project documentation. Select equipment (panels, inverters, batteries, protection devices, structures). Analyze technical and economic feasibility of projects. Manage procedures with grid operators and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (RETIE, NTC, CREG, etc.). Coordinate installation, supervision, and commissioning of systems. Manage licenses, permits, and required documentation for grid connection. Provide technical support to the commercial team and customers. Evaluate performance of installed systems and propose improvements. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Experience: 2 years Salary: 2–3 SMMLV + commissions Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Work Location: Itagüí Additional Requirements: Own vehicle (motorcycle minimum) for transportation.
