Job Summary:
Laboratory quality analyst responsible for conducting organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials and cosmetic products.

Preferred training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Functions:
1. Perform organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological analyses on samples of raw materials, in-process products, bulk products, finished products, and packaging materials, following established specifications. Complete all required documentation.
2. Conduct re-analyses as needed for raw materials, bulk products, or finished products.
3. Prepare reagents and working solutions required for various analyses.
4. Perform sampling for each production batch according to regulatory requirements and product-specific defect descriptions, recording results per established procedures.
5. Conduct physicochemical controls of purified water whenever required during production processes.
6. Prepare disinfectant solutions for proper sanitization of equipment and environments; verify correct application of disinfectants and record it in the respective form.
7. Prevent mixing of non-conforming products by requesting transfer to designated non-conforming product storage areas and labeling them appropriately.
8. Perform quality control analyses on raw materials and packaging materials, following designated instructions, and record results in the respective documents; indicate inspection and testing status in the receipt documentation for supplies, raw materials, and packaging materials, specifying conformity or non-conformity.
9. Organize all documentation generated during quality control activities and archive it chronologically and by product.
10. Conduct daily verification of quality control equipment and record findings in pre-established forms; promptly report any anomalies.
11. Store and properly identify counter-samples from production batches.
12. Prepare and/or update product reports as supporting documentation for process status reporting.
13. Operate quality control equipment in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice requirements.

Work Schedule and Location: Rotating shifts: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday to Saturday
