Description

Position Summary: This role involves sample creation, interpretation of technical specifications, operation of cutting machines, assurance of fabric quality, and organization of cut pieces while maintaining a safe work area. Key Highlights: 1. Design sample creation and improvement with a focus on textile quality. 2. Expert operation of cutting machines and efficient material management. 3. Maintenance of a safe and organized work environment. • Execute samples assigned by the design team. • Interpret technical specifications or physical samples. • Communicate observations or improvements regarding samples. • Ensure fabric quality with excellent standards. • Operate assigned cutting machines and tools correctly. • Verify that materials to be cut are in good condition. • Ensure efficient fabric utilization, minimizing waste. • Sort, count, and organize cut pieces for delivery to sewing. • Report malfunctions, damages, or anomalies in machinery, tools, or materials. • Maintain the work area clean, organized, and safe. • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. • Comply with industrial safety and SG-SST procedures.-Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Basic Education 2 years of experience Knowledge: Quality, Design, Technical Specifications, Sampling, Pattern Making
