Job Summary: Plotter operator with 3 years of experience performing pre-cutting, adjustments, and creasing to ensure quality and efficiency in material cutting processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in pre-cutting, adjustments, and creasing using a plotter 2. Ability to analyze the product and prevent defects 3. Optimization of cutting processes and minimization of waste Perform PRE-cutting, adjustments, and creasing on the plotter machine, and support other departments when production is at full capacity. Demonstrate strong ability to analyze the product and minimize defective units; prepare and configure cutting machines according to required specifications for each material type and production order. Perform cuts according to dimensions and specifications indicated in work orders, using appropriate cutting equipment and following established procedures. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of cut materials to ensure compliance with required quality standards, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
