Requirements: Technical degree in systems or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of in-person and remote technical support. Experience in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Basic networking skills. Control and administration of technological inventories. Execution and monitoring of backup procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to travel nationwide if required. Main Responsibilities: Provide in-person and remote technical support to users. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment. Support network management and monitoring. Maintain control over inventories of equipment and technological tools.
