At **FACE2FACE**, a fashion and leather goods company in expansion, we are looking for an Accounting and Treasury Analyst who wants to grow with us and contribute to strengthening the company's financial health. **Job Mission** Ensure proper treasury management and accurate accounting recording of company operations, guaranteeing liquidity, regulatory compliance, and support for financial and accounting decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and forecast the company's cash flows. * Execute payments and transfers timely. * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts receivable and payable. * Record accounting transactions in the system (income, expenses, invoices, inventory, payroll, etc.). * Prepare accounting and financial reports to support the accounting manager. * Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings. * Handle procedures with banks, DIAN, and other regulatory entities. * Maintain organized accounting and financial records. * Review and reconcile all payment method revenues (credit cards and deposits). * Daily control of bank transactions, income, expenses, and cash drawers. **Requirements** * Associate degree or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and treasury areas. * Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate Excel skills. **Key Competencies** * Honesty and integrity * Responsibility and reliability * Attention to detail and accuracy * Planning and organization * Proactive and preventive attitude * Assertive communication and trust-based relationships * Calmness and self-control under pressure * Focus on execution and detail. **Location:** Itagui, Antioquia **Work Schedule**: Full-time – On-site **Salary**: between $1\.900\.000 and $2\.000\.000 Employment type: Full-time Experience: * Treasury: 2 years (Required)
