We seek a candidate with strong administrative, commercial, and leadership capabilities to ensure operational excellence and brand growth. Job Purpose: You will be responsible for leading, managing, and training the work team, ensuring achievement of performance indicators and optimal store performance. Main Responsibilities: Train newly hired staff and conduct regular refresher training on operational processes to improve performance. Implement strategies to maintain and improve the commercial results of the sales point. Conduct rigorous monitoring of delivery performance indicators to ensure they are up to date. Supervise proper product rotation and accurate inventory management. Manage assigned personnel according to standards of discipline and operational efficiency. Profile Requirements: Academic Qualification: Technical or Technologist degree Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in administrative, commercial areas, or warehouse and retail store management. Specific Knowledge: Inventory management, data analysis, product rotation, and team leadership at sales points.
