Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor store managers, ensuring efficient operations aligned with brand standards. Monitor sales, productivity, shrinkage, service quality, and goal attainment metrics. Conduct periodic visits to assigned stores to verify processes, performance, organization, and product display. Implement commercial strategies to increase sales, improve product turnover, and optimize operations. Analyze reports and data to support evidence-based decision-making. Manage operational needs, resources, and teams to ensure each store functions properly. Guarantee customer experience and compliance with service protocols across all touchpoints. Lead training, feedback, and staff development initiatives. Serve as the liaison between Operations Management and stores, ensuring clear and timely communication. Support store openings, closings, and renovations within the assigned zone. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of operational or commercial leadership experience in retail or services sectors. Proven experience managing two or more stores simultaneously. Ability to analyze KPIs, budgets, and commercial results. Leadership, effective communication, and team development skills. High sense of responsibility, results orientation, and strategic decision-making ability. Willingness to travel between stores in Medellín and nearby municipalities.
