Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Analyst to analyze, monitor, and optimize operational processes, build management indicators, prepare reports, and support decision-making. Cross-functional collaboration with different departments and documentation of policies At Oreca Group, a food company located in the northern part of the city, we are looking for an Operations Analyst responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing operational processes through data collection and analysis, construction and monitoring of management indicators (KPIs), report and dashboard preparation, identification of improvement opportunities, and reduction of inefficiencies. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with various departments, documentation of policies, procedures, forms, and instructions for the quality management system, and supporting decision-making through the use of technological tools. We require a technician or professional in related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in operational analysis or process improvement, advanced Excel skills, ERP systems knowledge, and data visualization tools, as well as strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation.
