You definitely don’t want to miss out! **On-Site Technical Support L1!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Systems technician or technologist, or related field, for on-site technical support, with knowledge of office software, operating systems, management tools, VPN, antivirus, Workspace, strong writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in teams focused on meeting customer needs and fulfilling agreed-upon SLAs within the project. * Proficiency with applications such as Hiren’s Boot, Rufus, Clonezilla; experience in reviewing and diagnosing computer equipment at both hardware and software levels. * Knowledge of ITIL and MAC devices * Providing on-site technical support to application and hardware users (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes) within the organization. * Collaborating with network services, software systems engineers, or application development teams to restore service or identify issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 1 year of experience * Operating systems, antivirus, VPN, Workspace, MAC devices * Spanish * Writing skills, customer service * Service-oriented attitude * Ability to work collaboratively in teams * Clear communication * Respectful * Collaborative **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
