Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to supervise and coordinate the operation of a poultry processing plant, ensuring quality, food safety, and process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the operation of the poultry processing plant. 2. Ensures food quality and safety standards. 3. Supervises production processes and continuous optimization. ***PLANT MANAGER – POULTRY PROCESSING PLANT – AVICOLA ATB*** Location: Abastos, Plaza de las Flores, Kennedy – Bogotá D.C., Transversal 81 \# 34\-37 Sur We seek a leader for our production plant with experience managing operational staff and knowledge of food quality and safety processes. **Required Profile – Academic Background:** * Industrial Engineer or Industrial Technician/Technologist. * Food Engineer or Food Technician/Technologist. * Animal Scientist (Zootecnista). * Veterinary Physician. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year leading production plants, preferably in the poultry or food industry. * Experience managing operational staff. * Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills. * Experience in production process control and performance indicator compliance. * Experience handling equipment and tools inherent to the position. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the operation of the poultry processing plant. * Lead, direct, and manage operational staff. * Ensure daily production schedule compliance. * Ensure proper functioning of the plant, equipment, and processes. * Guarantee that finished products meet quality and food safety standards. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Supervise quality assurance and quality control processes. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and internal procedures. * Report operational incidents and monitor production indicators. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Team management. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Assertive communication. * Problem solving. * Working under pressure. **Working Conditions** * Position: Plant Manager. * Schedule: Night shift, approximately from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., according to operational needs. * Salary: $2\.800\.000 \+ night, Sunday, and statutory benefits. * Work location: Plaza de las Flores sector, Kennedy – Bogotá D.C.
