Schedule from Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, one compensatory day off per week. REQUIREMENT: Height work training course, preferably valid. One year or more of experience in the mentioned position in companies from any sector. Responsibilities: 1\. Perform support tasks in building maintenance, finishing touches, repairs on walls, panels, floors, dry\-wall, locks, carpentry in wood, metal and aluminum, plumbing and basic electrical work, tiling, and other tasks related to rough or finish construction. 2\. Accompany tenants, contractors, suppliers, public utility companies, officials, and others as directed by immediate supervisor. 4\. Assist electrical and hydraulic technicians in their assigned duties. 5\. Support structural installations. 6\. Assist in event setups. 7\. Support in PTAR management. 6\.
