Includes Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), PRP, Good Hygiene Practices, HACCP, cleaning and sanitation, CIP, Food Safety, pest control, pathogen monitoring, housekeeping, foreign materials. Conduct trainings and exercises supporting compliance with food safety requirements for our products. * Coordinate the factory's change management system, review plant expansion projects and proposed changes to lines or equipment, to ensure compliance with Food Safety and hygienic design requirements. * Lead the HACCP team, participate in the review, validation and implementation of HACCP studies, contributing to the development of QMS for all manufactured products at the plant, ensuring all food safety hazards and risks are controlled. * Manage corrective actions arising from microbiological monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with process safety. * Coordinate pest control activities, follow-up on action plans, supplier evaluations, indicator management, preventive and corrective actions to ensure absence of pests in our processes and products. * Coordinate foreign material control activities, follow-up on action plans, indicator management, preventive and corrective actions to ensure absence of foreign materials in our processes and products. * Conduct food safety audits generating preventive actions to ensure process and product safety. * Support and participate in different stages of TPM implementation on the line, through the quality pillar, contributing to achieving initiatives aimed at Zero Defects. * Participate in developing supplier and internal audits of the integrated factory management system, to ensure ingredient quality and compliance with company standards for product manufacturing. * Ensure execution of tasks under acceptable risk conditions for product quality and safety, personnel health and safety, and prevention of environmental impacts, continuously leading timely hazard identification and determining adequate and effective operational controls over assessed risks and impacts. **Keys to Your Success…** * Professional in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields (Must have Professional License). * Technical knowledge in Food Safety, HACCP and GFSI certifications. * Minimum 4 years of experience in quality roles within industry, preferably food manufacturing.
