At a prominent operation located in Cota, we are looking for a committed, dynamic Dispatch and Delivery Assistant with logistics experience. Profile: Dispatch and Delivery Assistant (Male) Location: Cota – Operational/Logistics Zone Contract: Project-based or service contract (with performance-based extension potential) We Offer: Salary of $1,900,000 COP + full statutory benefits Schedule: Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. | Monday to Friday | Half-day Saturdays What Are We Looking For? Completed high school education Minimum 6 months’ experience in dispatch, deliveries, courier services, or logistical support Ability to perform operational tasks, attention to detail, and strict adherence to procedures Positive attitude, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to work rotating shifts Compliance with industrial safety standards and workplace order Your Day-to-Day Mission: Prepare, verify, and organize orders for dispatch with accuracy and efficiency Assist in loading, unloading, and delivery of goods according to established routes and protocols Verify outbound documentation (delivery notes, shipping manifests, packing lists) to ensure traceability Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure timely, incident-free deliveries Maintain the dispatch area clean, organized, and compliant with industrial safety and hygiene standards Report incidents, damages, or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor Why Join This Team?
