Profile: Logistics Supervisor
Location: Celta Industrial Park
Contract: Project-based or labor contract (with performance-based extension)
We offer: Salary of $2,000,000 COP + full statutory benefits
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) | Availability for Sundays, holidays, and overtime as required by operational demand
What are we looking for in you?
Technical degree in Logistics, Warehouse Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics supervision, warehouse coordination, or operational warehouse management
Effective leadership skills, ability to manage teams and resolve situations under pressure
Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, dispatch, and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations
Proficiency in management tools (Excel, SAP/WMS or other logistics systems) (preferred)
Availability for rotating shifts and on-site work at Celta
Your day-to-day mission:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
Lead, guide, and evaluate operational staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to KPIs
Monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records
Ensure compliance with industrial safety, OHS, and good warehousing practices
Optimize logistics flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous operational improvements
Manage management reports, incidents, and coordination with transportation, planning, and quality departments
