Job Summary: Customs and Foreign Trade Coordinator to supervise import, export, and special operations processes, ensuring compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises import, export, and special operations processes. 2. Ensures compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations. 3. Manages procedures before regulatory authorities and provides support during audits. A leading transportation and logistics company seeks a Customs and Foreign Trade Coordinator for its team. Candidates must hold a technical or university degree in International Trade, Finance and International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience required in responsibilities such as: Supervising import, export, and special operations conducted from Free Trade Zones, ensuring full compliance with all customs regulations and requirements. Coordinating with the Legal Head of Customs and Foreign Trade to ensure compliance with customs regulations across all import and export operations through operational area support, as well as providing assistance during audits and random process reviews. Reviewing, together with the Legal Head of Customs and Foreign Trade, the results of periodic inventory conformity audits conducted by the Inventory Department for inventories held in customs control zones. Accompanying and attending audit visits from Free Trade Zones or other customs or foreign trade regulatory bodies, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Jointly managing, with the immediate supervisor, qualification procedures for support areas and/or companies. Ensuring compliance by qualified areas within Free Trade Zones, in coordination with the Operations Department. Maintaining continuous updates on customs regulations. Completing assigned procedures before regulatory authorities using each authority’s respective information systems. Maintaining regular contact with the immediate supervisor to report procedure progress and resolve questions, inquiries, and comments. Tracking, executing, responding to service requests, and providing service support to departments requiring it. Performing all other duties related to the position and additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Base salary: $2,562,465 + BONUS: $338,501 (statutory social benefits contribution). Schedule: Rotating day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturdays until noon; and night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. FLEXIBLE TIME AVAILABILITY REQUIRED WHEN NEEDED.
