Residential Building Doorman A residential building located in the city of Cali requires a doorman to work on an alternating shift schedule (one week daytime and one week nighttime). Main responsibilities: Control of entry and exit of residents, visitors, and suppliers. Surveillance and maintenance of the building’s common areas. Assistance with basic doorman and concierge duties. Timely reporting of incidents to management. Compliance with internal regulations and security protocols. Requirements: Minimum experience in doorman, security, or similar positions (desirable). Good interpersonal skills, respectfulness, and effective communication with residents.
