Biff, a food company and 100% Boyacense enterprise specializing in meat products and sausages, requires personnel to work as a Quality Assistant at its wholesale warehouse located in Paloquemado, Samper neighborhood, Bogotá D.C. Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in the following functions or related ones (supporting documents or certifications required): 1. Ensure the company’s sanitary status through routine on-site inspections. 2. Supervise and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices within the company through established supporting documentation. 3. Ensure compliance with and/or implementation of sanitation programs and complementary quality management system programs. 4. Apply procedures for handling non-conforming products. 5. Supervise and ensure traceability throughout the production chain (raw material receipt, production, and finished product). 6. Support visits by competent authorities for verification of regulatory compliance regarding sanitation. Among others. Base salary + social benefits + transportation allowance. Single work shift.
