We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Engineer** to join our team focused on engineering a Compute\-as\-a\-Service platform. You will play a key role in modernizing our platform toward an AI\-assisted, autonomous model across multi\-cloud environments. If you are passionate about automation and cloud technologies, we encourage you to apply. **Note: This role is for a Cloud Compute Platform Managed Services engagement, which will require on\-call support and overlap with US/UK/AU business hours as needed (on\-call and shift allowances will be provided).** *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Automate build, patching, upgrade, migration, and repave workflows across multi\-cloud compute environments * Develop and manage end\-to\-end automated deployment pipelines, including environment readiness, rollback planning, and post\-deployment validation * Automate management of compute/server resources such as CPU, RAM, and storage using Terraform and Ansible * Implement automation for security compliance, patch management, and vulnerability remediation * Optimize infrastructure utilization and spend through intelligent orchestration and monitoring * Modernize the Compute\-as\-a\-Service platform into an autonomous, AI\-assisted, cell\-based architecture leveraging GenAI and data\-driven automation * Provide on\-call support and collaborate across US, UK, and AU business hours as required * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements * Document automation workflows and system configurations * Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance platform capabilities * Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards * Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly **Requirements** * Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud compute services, minimum 3 years * Proficiency in Ansible automation tool * Strong Python programming skills * Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform * Knowledge of multi\-cloud environment management and operations * Experience with automation of deployment, patching, and resource management workflows * Experience in security compliance and vulnerability management * Understanding of service request automation and lifecycle management * Ability to support on\-call rotations and work overlapping hours with US, UK, and AU teams * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team\-oriented environment * Demonstrated ability to document technical processes clearly * Excellent communication skills in English, upper\-intermediate level (B2\) **Nice to have** * Experience with AI and GenAI driven automation platforms * Knowledge of autonomous cell\-based cloud architectures * Certification in Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer * Familiarity with monitoring and orchestration tools beyond Ansible and Terraform * Familiarity with AI\-assisted automation or GenAI technologies **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
