We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with solid experience in Next.js, NestJS, React, and PostgreSQL to join the development of an all-in-one ERP platform. The selected candidate will work autonomously, assuming technical responsibility for this project phase—from implementing authentication and authorization to building the system. Minimum Requirements: (2+ years of experience as a developer) + (1+ year of experience with Next.js, React, and NestJS) Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (Prisma) Experience in authentication and authorization (JWT, Guards, Roles, Permissions) Proficiency in SOLID principles and design patterns Advanced Git proficiency Desirable: Experience with React Hook Form, JSON Schema, and Drag-and-Drop Builders Knowledge of Handlebars or other template engines Experience with CI/CD and AWS Work Mode: Hybrid, Bogotá Compensation: (Based on experience: COP 4–5 million per month, depending on experience) + all statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Cundinamarca
