A leading company in the mining sector requires a junior engineer to coordinate and supervise mining process activities—including development, preparation, extraction, coal transportation, ventilation, ground support, and dewatering—to ensure they are carried out under established technical and safety standards, guaranteeing quality and production budget and cost targets, as well as generating proposals to develop alternatives facilitating process activity execution. Key responsibilities include: 1. Lead daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and production targets. 2. Plan and assign activities according to the weekly schedule, prioritizing adjustments for absences or operational constraints. 3. Supervise shift execution in the field, validate safety, production, and technical quality conditions of work, ensure resource availability, document results in logbooks with recommendations for the next shift, and continuously monitor performance indicators.
