




Job Summary: Tender Assistant responsible for searching, analyzing, and managing bids in public and private entities, ensuring the company's participation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of tenders and bids 2. Analysis of tender documents and preparation of budgets 3. Monitoring of tender processes and administrative support A Commercial-sector company requires a Tender Assistant. Responsibilities: - Identify new bidding opportunities across various public and private procurement portals. - Read, review, and analyze tender documents for different bids and/or tenders to determine whether the company fully meets all established requirements. - Submit observations on tender documents for different bids and/or tenders where applicable. - Prepare and submit bids and/or tenders to the requesting entity and monitor the entire selection process. - Review tender processes based on evaluation reports; draft and submit responses to remediation requests where applicable. - Request quotations and prepare budgets for bid submissions. - Continuously update tender tracking spreadsheets. - Monitor tender schedules to ensure the company’s participation. - Manage documents required for bid submissions. - Provide administrative support as needed within the company.
