You will manage the end-to-end claims process, make informed technical decisions, participate in technical committees, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. You will also support claims analysis, provide advisory on claims, review documentation, propose alternatives, and manage communication with insurers. Occasionally, you will conduct client visits to address specific claims. **How You Will Make an Impact** 1. Advise and guide clients on company guidelines regarding claims handling and preventive measures against unsuccessful claims. 2. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims. 3. Guarantee compliance with corporate policies and standards. **About You** * **Experience:** 2 years of technical experience managing claims and claims processes within the insurance sector, specifically in Casualty lines. Experience in investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims, as well as executing full claims processes from initiation to closure. Experience implementing procedures enabling claims teams to respond effectively and efficiently to various claims. * **Academic Profile:** Degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication and ability to effectively guide conversations, excellent attention to detail, customer service orientation, proactivity.
