Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Coordinator to ensure compliance with cargo transportation operations, manage clients, and optimize time and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the operation of liquid, dry, and aggregate cargo transportation. 2. Manage acquisition of new clients and optimize time and costs. 3. Lead personnel, supervise fleet operations, and ensure timely and safe deliveries. Salary: To be agreed upon, based on the candidate's resume. As a company, we seek an OPERATIONAL COORDINATOR with the objective of: Ensuring compliance with liquid cargo, dry cargo, and aggregate transportation operations; managing acquisition of new clients; effectively, responsibly, and knowledgeably performing assigned duties; directing personnel under supervision; supervising movements of both dedicated and third-party fleets; ensuring timely and safe delivery of products or goods; optimizing operational time and costs; and complying with road safety regulations and internal PESV guidelines. **Responsibilities** * Direct client management and service * Direct and support dispatch personnel by leveraging experience and knowledge of road networks. * Supervise tracking of owned fleet vehicles in coordination with the HSE Coordinator to support or coordinate operations. * Schedule loading operations. * Maintain direct communication with management and clients regarding operational matters. * Inform other departments of incidents occurring on the road. * Lead operational processes and direct emergency routes if field incidents arise. * Control and monitor advances. * Supervise and ensure drivers comply with routes established by the organization and clients. * Submit operational area reports in VIGIA **Requirements** ***Education:*** Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in Logistics or related fields Basic Road Safety course Training in Safe Work at Heights. ***Competencies:*** Proficiency in Office Tools. Knowledge of SYSCOM. Familiarity with and ability to operate satellite tracking platforms (GPS). Work Location: On-site employment
