Serve as the primary point of contact for various company stakeholders **Credicorp Capital** invites you to transform challenges into opportunities and join us as our next **Strategy and Innovation Analyst**, whose primary objective will be to support the team responsible for generating financial information and business intelligence for senior management; participate in defining commission policies to ensure appropriate economic structuring (pricing) of business offerings; develop financial models; prepare business budgets and forecasts; execute product innovation initiatives; and respond to requests from the parent company and external entities (SFC, credit rating agencies), under the leadership of the area associate. **Responsibilities:** * Be part of the specialized team handling business unit strategy matters * Support the generation of specialized business information * Support the definition of commission policies that ensure business profitability and competitiveness * Lead product innovation initiatives * Serve as one of the business unit’s primary points of contact for various company stakeholders * Develop financial models required by regulatory bodies or internal company requests * Support the preparation of the business unit’s budget and forecast * Ensure compliance with the OKRs of the Strategy and Innovation area * Respond to and support requests from both the business unit and the trust company * Address cross-functional product-related requests * Address any financial needs requiring specialized knowledge of the trust business **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Over 2 years of professional experience performing similar functions in the trust and/or financial sector * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, and Power BI * Knowledge and proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
