Preferably pursuing technical, technological, or professional higher education?** **This vacancy is for you!** **What will you do?** * Operate monitoring and communications equipment, verifying the technological signals they emit to analyze risk management events that may occur during service delivery, in accordance with client- or company-established procedures and/or protocols. * Execute specific surveillance activities generated by operations through the technological means deployed for this purpose. * Ensure communication integrity at all times, reporting all received and confirmed incident information, as well as any other situations. * Report various technical anomalies in the system. * Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for continuous monitoring of routes, events, and anomalies. **What are we looking for?** * 1 to 3 years of specific experience in CCTV, monitoring centers, use of technological tools, access controls, detection systems, and software operation. * Certification as a Technological Media Operator issued by the Superintendence of Private Security and Surveillance. **We offer:** Wellness plan Growth opportunities Collaborative work environment
