This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures for operations by monitoring, analyzing, and controlling processes; identifying deviations; generating performance indicators; and implementing improvement actions that support customer requirement fulfillment and operational efficiency. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality processes, preferably in logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain. * Experience in process monitoring and control, and in managing performance indicators. * Knowledge of quality management, root cause analysis, and action plans. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI is desirable. * Experience in internal audits, tracking audit findings, and documenting processes is desirable. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and follow-up capability. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Monitor compliance with established operational standards and procedures. * Execute quality controls across various operational and administrative processes. * Identify, record, and analyze deviations, errors, non-compliances, and opportunities for improvement. * Track quality and productivity indicators for operations. * Consolidate and analyze data to generate management reports and dashboards. * Follow up on action plans arising from findings, incidents, and non-conformities. * Support root cause identification and define corrective and preventive actions. * Verify compliance with customer-defined requirements and standards. * Conduct process audits and validations according to established procedures. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and records associated with the quality management system. * Issue timely alerts regarding situations that may affect quality or operational compliance. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives. * Track commitments made with various operational departments. * Support preparation of information for follow-up meetings and quality committees. * Prepare periodic reports on results, findings, trends, and improvement opportunities. * Promote adherence to quality standards and best practices across operations. * Provide operational teams with guidance and support in implementing procedures and improvement actions.
