Job Summary: We are seeking an architecture or budget engineering professional for an accommodation and remodeling company, with experience in budget preparation, price analysis, and cost control. Opportunity for job stability with a renewable fixed-term contract An architectural accommodation and remodeling company requires an architecture or budget engineering professional with at least 5 years of experience and knowledge in: **Responsibilities:** \- Budget preparation \- Knowledge and application of quantity takeoff calculations. \- Analysis and updating of unit prices (UPU). \- Review of contractor cuttings and settlements. \- Cost control management. \- Contract settlement forecasting. \- Tender preparation \- Requesting quotations for materials, labor, and equipment. \- Site visits \- AutoCAD 2D and 3D proficiency \- Knowledge of and ability to maintain the Solumel database up to date **Requirements:** \- Civil Engineering graduate / Architect \- AutoCAD training course \- More than 5 years of experience. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM\-4:00 PM **Salary Range:** $3\.000\.000 \+ statutory benefits **Contract Type:** Fixed-term for 6 months; renewal depends on performance (job stability provided) **Location:** Bogotá.
