Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Assistant to ensure the proper application of guidelines, policies, and best practices in updating the document architecture. Key Highlights: 1. Define, implement, and maintain regulatory guidelines and the Integrated Management System (IMS). 2. Incorporate best practices into documentation processes. 3. Provide technical support and update the document architecture. We are currently searching for our Process Assistant to cover a maternity leave. The role’s mission is to guarantee the correct application of all current guidelines, policies, standards, methodologies, and best practices within the document architecture update process. The ideal candidate may be an Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Business Administrator, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in similar roles supporting document architecture update processes is required. Internal auditor certification for the trinorma ISO 9001:2025, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 is desirable. Main Responsibilities: Define, implement, and maintain up-to-date guidelines resulting from new regulatory updates, implementing corresponding changes and ensuring consistency with the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). Incorporate current best practices and appropriate analytical scenarios into documentation processes—including optimization or elimination of activities, tasks, records, and other topics impacting continuous improvement of company processes. Provide necessary technical information to respond to requests or queries regarding the company’s document architecture and process structure, ensuring access to updated versions and supporting processes for their ongoing maintenance. Provide internal support for activities related to document control, record control, corrective actions, risk matrices, and internal quality audits. We Offer: Direct fixed-term contract for 6 months.
