Set work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff. * Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance, working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. * Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports. * Conduct quality control inspections of facilities in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Recommend operational improvements, repairs, and enhancement opportunities. * Oversee vendor relationships and billing procedures. Review quotes for parts, services, and labor for projects.
