A prominent consulting-sector company is seeking a Documentation Professional to support ERP implementation projects, document requirements for new functionalities, and prepare manuals for respective products. Job Purpose Manage and control all technical and functional documentation of the organization, ensuring documentary traceability and technical support throughout the planning, implementation, and closure phases of activities. Main Responsibilities: - Manage, organize, and maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation for developed products. - Control document versions, technical specifications, and functionality sheets. - Prepare installation manuals, functional guides, and new requirements documentation. - Document repetitive operational procedures. - Collect and structure technical information provided by engineers and functional consultants. - Prepare progress and closure reports for internal audit. - Provide technical and documentary support for new development and project implementation processes. - Standardize templates and procedures. Requirements - University degree or technical diploma in administrative fields or related areas - Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in documentation updating. - Proficiency in office applications, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Word (template creation). - Desirable experience in generating functional requirements documentation for custom-developed solutions.
