Execution of environmental management activities aimed at reducing the environmental impacts of the company and/or stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance in environmental regulations. **Requirements** ------------------ A technician or professional degree in occupational health and safety, with an SST license and completion of the 50-hour + 20-hour course. Minimum one year of experience as an HSE analyst managing a management system. LOCATION: Bogota SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts (3 AM to 11 AM / 4 PM to 12 AM / 7 AM to 5 PM) **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Manage document updates within each process * Maintain unit indicators * Prepare Safety Briefings * Track development of Gembas, BBS, Pyramids * Support in contractor accompaniment • Verification of briefing evaluations execution• Report results of Gembas, BBS, Pyramids VS Targets * Develop Briefing Evaluations * Deliver PPE * Conduct Safety Walks * Assist in updating Matrices * Adjust finding matrix / Pyramid Report based on reports, safety recommendations, housekeeping inspections, Copasst, audits, hygiene measurements, Gemba Walk, etc. Reporting via tracking matrix with indicators * Follow up with departments for timely closure of findings * Conduct corporate inductions * Prepare Reports * Purchase Requests * Monitor waste collection activities * Monitor compliance with biosafety protocols * Follow-up on active pause execution * Inventory of Personal Protective Equipment * Review contractor documentation
