Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. **Job Description** We are seeking 2 Appian Architects to build fast, scalable, and efficient solutions using the Appian platform. Responsibilities * Lead and direct the **architectural design** of Appian solutions. * Define the **technical standards and best practices** that meet business needs while adhering to high-level architectural standards, ensuring quality and performance. * Review the **technical solution** of Appian applications and support key decision-making. * Participate in technical meetings with other teams. * Participate in translating complex functional requirements into robust technical designs. * Optimize existing processes by applying both technical and functional improvements. * Drive continuous evolution of Appian best practices within the development team. * Collaborate directly with stakeholders to ensure project strategic alignment. * Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. **Profile** Technical Competencies * Minimum of 4\-5 years of experience in Appian projects. * Advanced knowledge of the Appian platform (rules, advanced processes, document management, RPA, AI, etc.). * Experience in defining architectures and **technical roadmaps**. * Proven experience developing integrations with other systems (consuming/exposing REST/SOAP APIs, creating plugins, etc.). * Solid understanding of UX design principles and ability to apply them when building applications/solutions. * Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.). * Experience with version control and deployments in Appian. * Demonstrated ability to design and evaluate application performance and code optimization. * Ability to analyze error logs, monitoring, and performance data, as well as identify and resolve errors and issues.
