Position Summary: We are seeking a TECHNOLOGY MEDIA OPERATOR with experience in central monitoring to supervise alarms, manage access control systems, and coordinate incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Alarm Monitoring and Access Control Systems Management 2. Incident Coordination and Telephone Support to Users 3. Incident Logging and Detailed Reporting A reputable company requires a TECHNOLOGY MEDIA OPERATOR with central monitoring experience. Minimum three years of relevant work experience. Key responsibilities include: Alarm Monitoring, Access Control Systems Management, Incident Receipt and Coordination, Providing telephone support to users of various systems to fulfill basic functional needs—such as resetting panic buttons, smoke detectors, or restoring communications, Providing required information to field technicians during repairs or testing, Restoring central systems in case of failures; for highly complex failures, performing actions supported by the service provider or Technology Engineer, Communicating with on-site security personnel, Keeping user information updated in monitoring software and databases, Receiving and maintaining all communication equipment and other service components in optimal working condition, Incident Logging and Reporting: Security media operators document all incidents, alarms, and relevant events in logs and records, generating detailed reports for follow-up and subsequent analysis, Incident Verification, Reporting suspicious activities detected to contractor personnel or any personnel involved in security operations, Programming knowledge. 2X2X2 Shift Schedule Contract for a specific project or value.
