Reporting incidents to management **A land transportation company is seeking an Operational Director to join its team.** **Position Objective:** Coordinate and verify the availability of vehicles and containers to ensure timely loading and unloading, guaranteeing efficient logistics in goods distribution and meeting customer needs through prompt service delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate cargo loading operations with customers and carriers; monitor vehicle tracking. Ensure vehicle and container inspections for all domestic shipments. Coordinate the vehicle fleet to perform round-trip journeys to foster fleet loyalty. Report all loading-related incidents to General Management and Commercial Management. **Requirements:** Technical, technological, or university degree in Administrative or Industrial fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in positions with similar responsibilities. Knowledge of fleet management and control (desirable). **Work Location:** Funza **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Work Mode: On-site employment
