Join Grupo Merpes! **We are looking for a Temporary Operations Assistant in Logistics**, a committed and proactive individual with solid knowledge of logistics and transportation processes. If you are passionate about fieldwork, hold a valid C2 driver’s license, and are ready to support various operational fronts, this opportunity is for you! Your main responsibilities will include: * Daily verification of PSL orders versus physical stock * Assistance in scheduling and preparing routes at the loading dock * Loading and unloading of goods * Creation and filing of manifests * Package delivery coordination and tracking with courier companies * Updating logistics status and reporting incidents * Supporting delivery reconciliation and entering information into the system * Providing operational support to different departments as needed What do you need to be the ideal candidate? * **High school diploma, technical or technological degree** in logistics, transportation, or related fields * **Valid C2 driver’s license with no traffic violations** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar roles within the logistics sector * Basic/intermediate knowledge of office software (Excel) * Availability to **support different shifts and departments** as required * Preferred residence in areas near Siberia Road \- Calle 80 What do we offer? * **Direct employment contract with the company** * **Salary** above the minimum legal monthly wage (SMLV) \+ benefits \- negotiable * **Rotating schedules**, Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month. * Job stability, growth opportunities, and an excellent work environment **If you meet the profile and are interested, please send your resume to:** **seleccion@grupomerpes.com** Or contact us at: **315 411 8353** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
