Manage payroll settlement accurately and in compliance Design and maintain management dashboards and KPIs for decision-making Build productivity models to track operational performance Automate processes using AI, RPA, and Business Intelligence tools Propose and implement continuous improvements with real impact on operations Our Ideal Candidate Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Systems, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, including payroll processing for over 1,000 employees Experience in logistics and transportation sector (a big plus!)
