You will combine strong expertise in accounting and reporting with hands\-on experience in digital close tools, acting as a bridge between business needs and system solutions. You will support global teams, drive standardization and continuous improvement, and enable reliable financial operations across the organization. * Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide. * Mentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence. * Put purpose into practice — embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision. * Model the challenger mindset: question complexity, act with integrity and make things radically simple. * Help shape a culture that’s ambitious, collaborative and serious about recognition and belonging. **Main responsibilities:*** Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of financial statements and mandatory reporting. * Provide Level 2 support for digital close tools, resolving issues and guiding users to improve autonomy. * Configure and maintain systems, including data integrity, master data and user access management. * Monitor and improve closing and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and standards. * Collaborate with finance, digital and business teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions. * Drive standardization, continuous improvement and adoption of closing and reporting processes. * Deliver training, support onboarding and contribute to successful system rollouts and enhancements. **About you:*** 3\-5 years of experience in financial closing, reporting or general ledger accounting, ideally in a global or multicultural environment. * Strong understanding of Account\-to\-Report (A2R) processes and financial reporting standards. * Hands\-on experience with digital close tools (such as BlackLine or HighRadius). * Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and practical solutions. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail. * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities. * Degree in finance, accounting or related field, with advanced English proficiency. * Advanced level of English (B2 or superior).
