Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices A leading company in the mass consumption sector is currently seeking a BAKERY ASSISTANT. Candidates must be proactive and have at least six (6\) months of experience in production plants, preferably in **bakery and/or pastry**, with knowledge of baking, dough hydrator, and/or tablonero roles, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices, to perform manufacturing, equipment cleaning, and disinfection activities. Ensure that the product meets required quality standards at each process stage. Strong interpersonal skills, communication ability, time availability, and teamwork orientation. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., fulfilling the 44-hour weekly schedule Work Location: Rincón de los Andes neighborhood, near Iserra 100 Position Type: Full-time
