The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and controlling flexographic printing machines for the production of plastic bags and flexible packaging, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with established standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate flexographic printing machines in the production of plastic bags and flexible packaging. * Prepare inks, cylinders, and printing materials according to production requirements. * Inspect and ensure print quality (colors, registration, finishes, etc.). * Perform technical adjustments on machines when necessary. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper condition of equipment and work areas. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and established production timelines. **Requirements** * Knowledge of ink handling, color adjustment, and cylinder preparation. * Responsibility, punctuality, and quality orientation. **We Offer** * Salary \+ statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
