A chemical company specializing in cleaning and disinfection products, with over 30 years of recognition in the Colombian market, is seeking a Technical Services Coordinator to ensure the proper operation of technical service activities nationwide, guaranteeing compliance with maintenance programs, technical visits, equipment installation, sanitary control visits, and specialized advisory services on cleaning and disinfection for customers—thereby ensuring service continuity, adherence to regulatory standards, and customer satisfaction; handling service incidents and providing customer support; as well as comprehensive management of the technical team, resources, and tools within the area. REQUIREMENTS: Industrial, food, quality, or chemistry professional education, or related fields within the industrial or maintenance sector. Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams in technical advisory roles. Willingness and ability to travel. Own motorcycle. FUNCTIONS: · Address service incidents and provide technical support to customers, including equipment installation, training sessions, and field accompaniment. · Provide technical support, install dosing equipment, conduct inspections, and deliver training on equipment and product usage. · Develop and maintain the national route schedule for technical advisors and ensure its execution. · Manage incident coverage throughout the month, including additional visits, rescheduling, or emergency responses. · Monitor and schedule preventive maintenance for loaned equipment installed at customer locations. · Keep the database of installed equipment up to date—including warranties, maintenance dates, and operational status. · Coordinate the availability of required tools, consumables, and spare parts for operations. · Continuously monitor scheduled visits and verify their proper execution. · Consolidate, analyze, and approve technical reports (Visitrack or other platforms). · Accompany verification of cleaning and disinfection programs, issuing reports and feedback.
